Returning Cellphone and getting my money back

I bought Vodaphone V355 cellphone on the 07 Jan 2013 at Pep cell chriss honey mall in vorsloras. it gave me battery problem, have to charge it very 3hrs and when it is fully charged get to be very hot. i called the store on friday they said i must come and i went. The lady took my phone and remove the plastic on the screen and wiped screen with her blue top dress which i believe is very rough. afterwards she said the screen has scratches. i then told her it is not possible how do i scratch screen whereas there's a plastic cover.

now the bad attitude:
The lady by the name: Zimkhitha said i would not get my money back not in her store because she is the store manager.
