Bad service and no delivery within given time

My Fiance and I went into builders Warehouse on the 26th of May to order two blinds.

We paid for the blinds and the installation and was told we would wait longest 15 working days.

After 18 working days I followed up twice and was told someone would call me and no one got back to me so ive had to followup yet again and at this frustrated point and allot of bad communication and service asked to speak to the regional manager Roger

Its now 19 working days since our purchase Roger who has confirmed they will be installing on Friday which is 21 days to order two blinds? Not sure what would happen if you needed to do your whole house

All in all a frustrating experience with very bad service
