I have purchased packet of Sour Worms at Checkers in Plumstead and the quality of the product is not up to standard. Firstly, not sure if the product had some kind of heat damage. The sweet is hard and there is no sour taste. I have sent an email to Consumer Feedback [Email Removed] on 13 June 2013 but up till today (19 June) still haven't received no reply or acknowledge my email. It will be much appreciated if someone can reply or acknowledge my email. Ignoring it, is not going to solve the problem.
