On 18 June, I tried placing an order on the online store as I have always done in the past. I would enter as a guest, place my order and pay/pick up once it arrived at the store.

Suddenly I was not able to pay in store as I have done multiple times before. I decided to register which was fairly easy. I was unable to place my order even after logging in and out. I then decided to use the "chat" icon (on 19/06/2013) on the website and after waiting for an agent, I had the great pleasure of chatting to our dear Virginia Foster. WAIT!!! I was chatting while I simply had to wait for her to respond. I kept having to ask if she was paying attention and would suddenly get very short replies and no answers to my questions. It took nearly 10 minutes to simply receive an answer as to where she wanted me to send a print screen too, THIS AFTER SHE REQUESTED IT. How do you ask for a customer to send you an email YET you do not give the email address.

Maybe I was chatting to an operator! It sure felt that way. I just wasted almost 20 minutes of my life chatting to our dear Virginia and yet I still have no clarity on what to do. Let's wait and see... Virginia might email me. SIGH
