Incompetent and pathetic

Iam so disgusted by the blady service rendered by clicks da manager is incompetent, arrogant and really I don't know what she is doing there could someone higher than her give me a decription of what a manager at your store does and why their there like realy she can't even use her own decresion let alone decide as a manager how to resolve a problem went to the pharmacy now to buy medication and only to find out that they haven't opened a section where medical aid cards can be used who did they alert like really do you call that service why open a store early while you know that you are not going to cater for every1 this is now I must be without medication or go to clicks southgate where there is s better service atleast and resolution to ones issues immedetiately I don't understand why you had to open a store in rush while you can't cater for other people I have been very loyal customer to your store and this is the thank.
