Rotten food on shelves and bare shelves

On Sunday afternoon we went through to the Woolworths in Maponya Mall to buy groceries. Upon arrival in the vegetable section we were greeted by nearly bare shelves. As I picked up one of three punnets of Woolies' Cherry tomatoes, liquid spilt out of the packaging and upon closer inspection I realized there was fungus/mold growing out of a few of the tomatoes.

I am very disappointed by this because Woolworths claims that it "prides" itself with providing the "best" produce and service and one would have thought it had regional managers or inspectors to ensure the brands integrity is upheld.
