Goods unusable, shocking after-sales service!

Purchased a Weber barbecue as a birthday present from [URL Removed] Product was delivered on 10 January, and on unpacking found 1 leg bent and the whole product rendered un-usable. Reported to [URL Removed] on 11 Jan, and was promised collection by 14 Jan. Today, on 20 Jan, still no response, and on various enquiries, the utterly patronising customer care consultant now refers us back to the courier to expedite, passing the buck completely. As this was a birthday present, the whole intent was spoilt, and we face the prospect of waiting weeks for an assessment to be completed before the situation can hopefully be resolved. Had we purchased from the local mall, we would have received a refund immediately. Ovearall an utterly disappointing experience.
