I bought a bed at @home on the 30th of May and I requested for it to be delivered on the 13th of June. On the 13th, no bed was delivered so I called the distribution centre on the 14th and spoke to Kerry who advised me that my order had been cancelled by the consultant at The Glen store. The store didn't notify me of a cancellation, I don't think they were even aware since I didn't hear a thing from them. They should follow up on their sales to check if what they sold to their clients has been delivered and if the client is happy. She took ownership of the problem, checked if what I ordered was in stock and made sure that the store placed my order again, she notified me of everything that was happening even when the bed was loaded into the car. I would just like to thank you Kerry for the great service and making sure that I received my bed in time for a good night's rest after a stressful day. I had a bad encounter with another furniture store and I was afraid history was repeating itself! Where I work what you did is called dazzling a client and you would deserve a star award!
