The Hub
They refuse to take back there damaged goods

Goo day

I had bought a boots at Hubs in west street Durban on 3/06 2013 but only wore it on the 5/06/2013 but when i wore it i nearly fell due to the shoe going to its sides when i'm walking. Now i have lost my slip and Hubs
wont take it back even though they can see its there product, they say that the supplier would want the slip.

Now i have worked in retail myself and i nkow that they can actually take the item and do a sysytem right off
as a damage. Its useless for me to keep it as i cant ware it and also cannot sell it so its my R150 down the
drain. Please assist me.
