Unacceptable customer service

Sent them certificates to print. Job was not ready for collection at agreed time and was not correct. The second time it was still not ready in time and one certificate was missing which they could not find. Was also overcharged. When I called owner to tell him I was unhappy, he was indifferent, offering no apology or compensation. I will never use the store again.
