Print job not completed on time /customer blamed

Booked a print run on my business cards - told they would be ready by Friday 31st
I was pleased - but then told no printer currently - the job needed to be sent out - it would be ready Monday 3rd June. I would be called by them to collect.
By Wednesday (today) 5 June - when I went to the shop and was told that the cards were still not available and may only be ready later that day or maybe tomorrow but they were not sure.
They had not contacted me to apologise or update on progress and would not explain why.
I questioned the professionalism of the company and left the shop.

Mogamat - owner /manager was not on site at the time - but phoned me within ten minutes - I was still in the area and returned to the shop - instead of apologising - before I could say anything he told me to be quiet! He would not have his staff questioned - I had no right to speak to them and needed to speak only to him AND he would not be doing my cards!

Well thank goodness -because I went across the road and had my cards printed professionally and quickly by his opposition -WILL NOT BE USING PRESTAPRINT PLUMSTEAD AGAIN
