Horrible service

I wanted to open a account. The ladies working there gave me the idea that they don't want me to open a account at all. I did alot of effort to give them all of my documents. After three weeks they did not let me know about my account. I called them and they said I never applied. I received an SMS three days later saying I can collect my card. When I went there the service were bad again and they did not have any records of me. So I do not have an account now
