Good day

In April 2013, I brought my account up to date. I received receipts of both payments made with my credit card. A week later I went into the store to purchase an item on which the cashier told me my account is still in arrears. I then purchased the item cash amd went to the customer service counter where the sales person, Carmen logged a query. A week later they did not come back to me and I called Carmen at which stage she did not know anything yet. The a week later Edgars payed back the money into my account after not rectifying my account because they could not find it in their system. Now they have handed over my account, what am I to do because in the fisrt place this was their mistake.

Please come back to me as soon as possible.
