Pathetic service

I was sold a dud tv. Took it back for repairs. Was first called last week and told it had been repaired. got to the store to find out it was a mistake. Spoke to a grace today and such a bad experience. Arrogant, and with a aggressive attitude. never returned my calls. Gave me the number of the store manager only to find out he was not there today. Spoke to a Manni which said an Eric would call me which did not happen.
And I still do not know where my tv is!!! Rubbish service
