R2999.99 rip off!!! n poor customer service

Three weeks back I received a sms from home-mark saying I've just qualified for a 19 piece knife set and I should call 0114306000 quote ref kni004. When I called I was then told that since I was the 1st caller I also qualify for an additional price. The lady then referred me to Mpho the manager, who then told me that I qualify for a tablet phone - I told him I was not interested in computer gadgets. He then proposed me with a gym machine that will cost me R2999.99. He was not clear with the term of payment, to my surprise my bank acc was then debited with R2999.99 on the 31/05/2013. My query is that after the day of delivery I went to game stores to take a look at the price for the machine I've received from home-mark only to find out it costs only R1499.00. So I called home-mark to inform them that I'm no longer interested in the machine I want to reverse the transaction. I have been calling home-mark & they keep promising to call me back! It is now the 2nd week waiting, I just want my R2999.99 back take your stupid knives and machine back.
