Getting SMS requesting payment after 4 years?

I used to have an IC account a few years ago. In 2009/2010 I settled the account with arrangement from attorneys. I was told the account will be closed.

I have relocated from SA in 2011, and get a call from my Dad in SA stating he is receiving sms`s for an amount due.

Who are the attorneys that IC uses as clearly somewhere along the line there is definite miscommunication.

Being abroad now, I cannot deal with this negligence.

I would appreciate it if this can be resolved, as this account is paid up, and I will not pay anymore
