Customer Service is pathetic

Firstly there was like staff on the floor to help. When i went to the fitting room, i asked the one staff member to bring me another size and he said he can't, i asked him to call someone else but he never bothered. He just continued to stand there and fold clothes. Finally when i get to the till, the guyz working there were not friendly. The guy just looked at me blankly throughout the whole transaction and never said a word... i just wanted to get out of that store. I hated the shopping environment and the so called staff who cease to exist...
Something needs to be done about the attitude in that place...
