Not applying to what the claim form stipulates

Greetings.
My wife was Robed her wedding ring in February the 13, in Rustenburg after a soccer game that played at night. she opened a case with the SAPS and I then took the matters to the insurance as I had it insured when buying it. She did not have cell phone with at the time of the incident as it was still new. at this moment I have submitted all the necessary documentation as per insurance requirements. today nothing had happened and even when calling the insurance company they keep changing their stories on documentations that is needed. this is taking too long and the ladies attitude is so horrible and when ever she hears its me, she just hang the phone. this is really taking its tall on me and considering the fact that they urged me to take the insurance is heart breaking with the costs that I paid.
