Proper training is needed in this store!

I went to the store on Thursday (06-06-13) to buy my 3yr old some puma sneakers worth R500. First of all when you enter the store, the consultants act as if they do not see you. You actually have to beg them to assist you. My daughter wears the shoes, just for one day and the stiches are already out. This has never happened to me before, i prefer and buy these sneakers all the time because they last for a very long time. I go back to the store on Monday (10-06-13) speak to the manager about it and requested a refund and she told me straight into my face that i was not going to get a refund until they get an approval from the factory. And if they don't approve i will have to keep the shoes, she didn't care. Now how rediculous is that! I'm very upset about this and regret the day i ever set foot in that store, the service was bad from the start. I really wonder how some people get management level with this kind of attitude, terrible. Left the shoes at the store and want my money back
