I'm struggling to buy a pare of shoes for my daughter since Nov 2013 and feel this is getting out of hand and is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!

I spoke to one of the floor assistants beginning of Jan. She took my name and number, written on a piece of paper. Not in a customer book to use as proof / ref - said she will phone me back.
Obviously she lost the piece of paper or didn't give a.
Weeks past. I went back to the store last week Saturday and ask to speak to the store manager. Spoke to a guy by the name of Leverge.
He promise me that the area Manager will have it in the store by Monday 27th.
Got to the store, full of excuses, the shoes was not there.
AGAIN my name and number was taken and he promised me he will phone me today (28th) after 09H00.
Now, after 11H00 I had to phone him. REALLY? Is this the kind of service Mr Price is giving to it's customers?
So he told me he will phone me back. More then a half hour later another person, Stanley, phone me back.
According to him they don't know where this pare of shoes for my daughter is??
In the mean time I'm driving up and down hoping the shoes will be in the shop, and again, and again, and agai
