I had an agreement with Russels and took a TV, TV Stand and DVD that i was paying R656 per month for 24 Months, i finished paying this end of May 2013 and phoned Russels - the JD group to provide me with a paid up letter on Friday the 7th of June and spoke to a guy by the Name of Sfiso Sithole who told that there are chargers on my account which add up to R79, i was suprised to hear this and he assured me that he will escalate the call and email me my letter on Saturday but that hasn't been done. I phone on Monday and spoke to a different guy who didn't know who Sfiso Siothole is and also assured me that i will get my letter that day 10 th June and still no luck. this morning i phoned and spoke to Palesa who told me that i have charges that adds up to R120 and her manager will call but haven't done that. what i need from Russels and the JD group its my paid up letter because my contract with them was 24 Months and i haven't missed a debit order even once, were are all these charges coming from?
