Rude staff

I went to Pick n Pay Goodwood, to buy Philadelphia cream cheese which was on special for R27.99. There was no stock at the fridge, no one to assist me and I approached the Customer care person, Xoliswa. I greeted and was told to be quiet, she is helping another customer even though no one was in sight. I stood and waited for 30 minutes, whilst she just stood there not doing anything. Again I asked for assistance, and she just refused to acknowledge me and just walked off. I left the store then. Xoliswa, if this is the type of service you dish out to your customers I cannot see you working there for long. Really disgusted by your poor customer care. I will rather support Checkers from now on.
