Lancewood Cream Cheese

I went to checkers yesterday afternoon and i bought few items, part of those items was lancewood cream cheese, and to my surprice when i get home, I find that the cream cheese is open and it is rotten. but has not expired, you could see that one of the checkers client brought it back as it was rotten.

I dont understand why the cream cheese was taken back to the fridge, I feel that checkers does not care for us as customers, we spent our money on checkers, but there service is careless, as much checkers when pricing include transport cost, i also do calculate my cost it will cost me 60 rands buying a rotten lance wood cream cheese.
