Almost a month to have a my Philips TV repaired!!

Took out extended warrenty on my 40" Philips LCD TV, TV stopped working, took it in the store took it from me, and almost a month later it is still not back, and I can not get an answer as to when it will be repaired!! Shoking... never again!
