I would complain about the bad service is have been experiencing from the employees of Furniture City SouthGate. On the 26th of April i called and spoke Connie, requested to check if they can come fix my plasma stand as it damaged and i was still paying for my furniture, i gave her my Id number as i did not have my account details as i have not been getting statements and the club magazine which i pay for every month. She then told me the systems where changed so she could not find my details (funny cause i pay everymonth) and promised to call me back till today nothing. i then called again on the 14th of May 2013 requested to speak to Connie and she pretended to be looking for my details and handed the phone to a gentleman by the name of Lee. He also did the same thing took my details and promised to call me back till today.. So as the client that pays her monthly instalment without any problems, why am i being treated this way? just because last month was the last month i finished paying for my furniture now I'm being treated this way? i would like someone to come fetch that stand and get it replaced as it is not in a good condition.
