Contacted the said company to repair 3 tier display fridge. 1st repair cost R1600 worked for 10 mins & then proceded to trip the mains as before. contacted company again to sort out the fridge, they came & cut out the compressor from the fridge & took it away for testing. returned & replaced the compressor only for it to work for an hour before it started the same tripping problem. this time they removed the entire fridge for testing on 22-01-2013. 1 week later I contacted Mike to find out what is happening with my fridge & was promised that he would have it back on the Monday 28-01-13 wanting to keep it for the weekend to ensure working properly. I contacted Mike on the thursday to ask for my fridge to which his answer was that there was still a problem & he would have it back by Monday. Friday 23-02-13 after many threats & phone calls he once again promises to deliver on Monday 25-02-13. Tuesday 26th the fridge arrives & is set up & turned on, again works for 10mins & trips the db board. R6500 later still no working fridge & no solution to resolve the problem. I am tired of dealing with an incompetent company & an arrogant technical manager. Please warn others.
