2013 2nd OFFENSE!!! April-end I requested PK@SheshaR/bank to IBT Nike s/5 sneakers from C/Walk (confirmed they had) 07/05 s/6 is delivered but PK tells me C/Walk erred he'll get the s/5 & contact me ASAP.11/05, I follow up, tells me received no feedback from C/Walk but confirms request. 25/05, follow up, tells me C/Walk s/5 has been sold, its old stock & unavailable elsewhere. 01/06 I settle for s/6 though unsatisfied. Evening, I contact C/walk from intuition & discomfort of earlier purchase, Sipho confirms they have s/5 was never requested, clearly PK just to make a sale. 02/06 call R/bank to speak to mngr, Mdu says he'll sort it out. 03/06 Mdu says shoes won't be sold have been marked for Jhb transfer, overnight delivery too pricey for 1 item, will sent with other store goods, available for my collection Thurs/Fri. 04/06 I follow up Shannon@C/Walk no authorization from mngmnt to transfer goods. 07/06 Mdu calls, no goods arrived. Evening call from Sipho Mdlela mngr R/bank, to get my story forthe105thx, apologises says the Christine@Boogaloos has been absent (Sipho confirmed this) hence delay, clearly no business continuity planning customer service/complaints prioritizing!!!
