I always go to pep at Westgate, and the service I always receive is never good, but I just leave it at that. but today I was shocked. I went to the store mainly to refund the slippers I bought, but I ended up shopping for some stuff.1stly when I was looking at the kiddies shoes the shoe lady came with a trolley full of shoes and she asked me to make way, I thought she wanted to pass but instead she put the trolley in front of me and started unpacking. I was angry but I ignored the behaviour. I then stood in the queue as it was my turn to be assisted Kelebogile helped me with the purchase and then she started coughing so she asked I think her name is Lebo to assist me, she was at till no1.She said she doesn't do refunds and looked at me and said I don't do refunds go to someone else. I found that to be disturbing I then went to the manager to tell her what happened. She called Lebo and Lebo denied it happening as I explained and then Ms manager said to me "it was all a misunderstanding, I want to go back to work, Lebo please apologise ". What kind of a manager is she, not addressing the issue but defending her staff. No wonder the service is very poor.
