Ordered Gifts to give clients in DECEMBER 2012

I heard of this company through a very close friend and thought we should give them an opportunity, we placed an order of corporate gifts to give our clients in December 2012, LEBO promised that end of November 2012 we will have them delivered, that never happened till end December 2012 and we thought we will just use them as Easter Gifts, till todat we do not have the gifts, we paid the company in full hoping the order will be done quick. its now JULY 2013, WE DO NOT HAVE THE GIFTS and LEBO DOES NOT ANSWER OUR CALLS TO INFORM US WHAT IS HAPPENING, WE ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THIS TOO SHE HAS NOT HONOURED.

LEBO you should be ashamed of yourself to claim to run a company, how do you sleep at night and go out to spoil yourself with money that you did not work for. will deal with you.
