I bought a jersey, can't remember when. I started wearing it recently. The problem is that this jersey is defect. I have forwarded this to a store in Pretoria, after requesting an e-mail address. I got the response: "Head office requested us to not give out email addresses, " I then forwarded it to this person who attached another garment saying the following: "Unfortunately that is part on the design features similar to the attached. "
Well it is not the same. I have the pics. Can someone please assist me since I paid R699 for this jersey and am not prepared to waste my money.
I am a regular customer of Guess, spending a lot of money... and surely Guess do not want to loose a customer???
