Disappointed

I bought a set for my mom for mothersday to put on her brand new Kia RIo. We put the lashes on and was very excited as they looked very nice! As my mom drove back home from work the next day, the one flew off!! I informed "Car EYelashes" the next day of what had happened and that it states very clearly on their website that the lashes will stay on with a speed of 120km ph? all they said to me is that i am the first person that has complained that the lashes have come off?? I find that extremely hard to believe!!

What was worst is that if i was the first person to complain, why not supply me with a new set in order to keep the customer happy?

These lashes were not cheap and i am extremely dissapointed!!!
