I opened my ac last year October with a 6months payment plan and had always paid more. In April when I went to pay I had an overdue of R450 and had only R200, i then changed to a 12months plan but was never advised that once I change I will not be able to go back to a 6months plan. End of May I decided to settle the amount overdue of about R1900 and odd cents. Today I went to Randburg square edgars to change again to 6months I was then advised that once I change to 12months I can't go back to 6months. I feel that is totally unfair because that was never mentioned initially when I changed to 12months. I had been a good paying customer and that was not taking into ac. I was hurt to a point of deciding to close the ac and to do that I had to be put aside for a long time while other customers after me were served, the lady who was assisting me on the phone didn't feel any remorse she just put me on hold and thereafter told me the ac is closed. I can't even begin to describe how disappointed I am as a customer who always paid on time and was never reminded on the amount due.
