Insurance paid 6months, still being harased

My insurance claim paid out 6months installments into my persoanl loan account due to my company going into liquidation in November 2012. In May, an amount of 8400 was paid into the account to cover 6months installments. I am still receiving phone calls sometimes twice a day saying that my account is in arrears?? Is it my job to inform standard bank that my insurance has paid out or is their job to know about it? Its disgusting that I should have to be harassed for payment when payment has already been made 6months up front! Totally unproffessional! Where is the communication in this? Why should the client have to inform them of it when they should already know? DISGUSTED
