Pathetic service

I cannot believe the service I just experienced. I took my jacket to the dry cleaner on Monday (03 June 2013). I expected to have back on Wednesday. My wife went to collect it but was told to come back later. Went back on Thursday, was told the same story and Friday was the same story. It is now Friday evenning, I have just been told the same story. I requested the owners Mobil number. I was given a cell number but to my surprise the guy I spoke to, told me a different story and blamed Elphus and he is not the owner but the driver. I then asked to see the Spar management. He had better thinks to do, did not even bother to come and listen to my story but was told to come back later. We are forced to pay for our items in advance and still be treated with no respect. I do not think the Manager knows or understand what his responsibilities are. If he was managing my store, I would fire him with emmediate effect, he is pathetic.
