No help from Bid or Buy

I bought a Playstation 3 on Bid or Buy. After I paid the money into Bid or Buy's account, they paid the money into a third party seller's account before he even delivered. After 4 weeks I still didn't receive the Playstation I bought. After I phoned Bid or Buy, they told me that I should make a case against the seller for, but they didn't offer any help at all. The problem is that I paid the money to Bid or Buy, but they can't refund me. I will never use or recommend Bid or Buy again.
