Exceptionally Bad Service / Incompetence

I returned a Playstation 3 controller to CNA Greenacres on 04 January 2013. Anna-Marie made a photocopy of my till slip upon which I wrote down my contact details. As she explains, "Partserve" is the company to whom CNA sends all items to be assessed/repaired. I have since 04 Jan 2013 queried the status twice already and her reply was that Partserve only re-opens on 07 January 2013. I then phoned "Partserve" (0413650371) to find out what the hold-up was. To my surprise a lady by the name of Donna explained that they haven't received anything from CNA Greenacres for 2013 yet. I immediately phoned Anna-Marie and to my dismay found out that she was (1) looking for a Playstation 2 controller (2) did not have my contact details (3) did not have the slip that she made a copy of and (4) did not have my Playstation 3 controller either. I find this kind of service utterly disgusting because the supposed manager of the store could not tell me where my item is or what happened to it. I cannot even have it replaced with a brand new one because CNA Greenacres have no stock. I could not get hold of Anna-Marie's boss either (Antonie Meyer) because nobody in the store has his contact details.
