Pathetic After Service

I have purchased a microwave in February 2013. Within a week we noticed the buttons were hard to press and the microwave made a winding noise when it was in use. I personally went to H&H Raslouw Lifestyle - Centurion and reported it... making it clear that we were going away for a week holiday but would like to sort it out when we get back. We formally reported problems to the person responsible called Thabo.

We received just one phone call the next day from Thabo to arrange date and time for someone from DEFY to come and see us but nothing was confirmed and materialised...

To date, still nothing has happened, no visit no phone call

Last Sunday I went to the store to see the manager. But unfortunately he was too busy to see me and sent an admin person to find out what's going on. I am totally appalled by the service I have received and cannot believe that the manager was too busy to speak to an unhappy customer.
I am still sitting with a faulty microwave.
