Disappointed

I have not used Woolworths online shopping for years but due to recent illness and inability to drive, I decided to shop online as my previous experiences had been pleasant.

I have just placed my third order in a short period of time and am not expecting timeous delivery as 2 previous deliveries did not take place on the day specified on the website. On each occasion, no one contacted me to advise of this. I am not expecting anything different this third time around...
