Goods returned yet 1 month later still money back

I have been trying to get my money back for almost a month and every time I phone or email I just get more hurdles to jump.
I also went to the store and when I entered all the staff members were lying on the couches.
I tried to get help but instead they talked in a language I don't understand and they were laughing - not what I would call good customer service!!!
