Treatment at SPAR Peacanwood

Hi Peter,

Yesterday the 28th of November I had a nasty experience at SPAR Pecanwood when I realised that the security only searched black people at the entrance but white people were not searched or asked for slips as they exit the store. When I asked the security why she told me that it was instructions from the store owner, I then approached the store owner and he told me that he overheard me questioning the security and he does not give a and he does not want to hear my complain! I told him that he is being silly and the rules must apply to everyone not only blacks. I don't know who told him that only blacks, prisons have white people who were convicted for too. This is very much degrading and offensive to me as a black person especially at this day and age! It made me wonder if this is not one of many reasons why we have high number of attacks in this country, as I am told the owner is Portuguese. We really don't need such treatment from anyone for that matter! This was done in full view of staff members and customers.

Very angry!!
