Bad Service from SPAR!!!

I have purchased cheese from Starwood Spar a few weeks ago. I don't have a receipt but the sticker with "spar" is still on it.
I went to exchange this on Monday but Vishal (admin manager) refused to take it back because I didn't have a receipt. the cheese is not expired as expiry date is 02.13!

I live behind Starwood Spar and I do my shopping there weekly. I can send you my bank statement with transactions done there!

This was not handled the way it should off because its only a piece of cheese worth R 20!
