No arguments all smiles

On the 3rd I went to go buy a 55" LED tv that was on special and after buying it the store got someone to help me take it to my are witch was great after getting back to my office and unboxing it I found signs that this had bed used before (finger marks in the screen and the stand was half attached) I called the branch and spoke to the manager and advised here on the situation she said she will investigate and get back to me. With in 20 minutes she called me back and said that the staff were sure that this was a brand new tv but they are more than happy to collect it and deliver a replacement. As we were in the process of setting the tv up I told her that I would prefer some cash back instead. She then did some checks and said that they would be willing to give me R600 back.

I get upset when I get bad service but when I get great service like this from a company it always puts a smile on my face big thanks to game
