My account was use for the second tim

Last Year sometime my Foschini account was used and after all the investigations were done I was assured that it will never happen again but to my surprise it happened yet again today, I received a notification on my phone that a purchase was done, I contact the call centre and spoke to a rude consultant by the name of Gary Loggenberg who then confirmed that the card was used in Rustenburg and bear in mind I'm at home in Johannesburg at that time, I then requested to speak to a supervisor to get an explanation as to how come this happens again, the consultant then told me that they do not have any superiors on duty. I want to know from Foschini that how long will this carry on and as their customer, how did it happen that someone else made a purchase using my card number while I have the card in my possession? To sum it up all, why is this happening for the second time in such a short period of time?
