No STOCK OF ADVERTISED LINE

On Sunday 02/06/13 there was an ad for a WII u @ CNA for R949.90. I phoned the Tokai branch but was referred to the Canal Walk store. The lady said there was no stock and they never had any. This was at 9.30 am. This is unacceptable. The ad is running from the 02/06/13 - 06/06/13. I phoned the customer care line today and all they replied was 'sorry' . I would like to get 2 units for my kids. the customer care staff said they had stock so who is lying. this is pathetic service. They either need to get me these units or offer an alternative. You should have enough stock to cover your promotion.
