Clicks
You Disgust me!!!

Yesterday my Mom went to Clicks to collect her chronic medication. She has been collecting at this branch for a few months now.
The guy at the till was not able to find her information and after she had explained to him that there had been a problem like this before and he needs to search in a different way he blatantly refused and loudly told her to call her medical aid and to check if she had paid. My mother explained that her payment always goes off and asked that he please double check but he told her that there are many people in line and that she must wait until the line is empty. She explained that the previous lady had the same problem before but searched in a different way and it helped but still he refused - screaming that she does not exist and there is a problem with her medical aid. He was able to pick up a beneficiary on her medical aid but not her and refused to check further or call someone else to assist.

My mom left the store in tears and got sick last night because of the way she was treated in the store. It is utterly disgusting that people are treated in this manner especially if they are sickly.
