Breach of Comsumer Protection Act

On the 24th May 2013 at 13:53:59 I returned three (3) sets of bathroom mats for a refund. I was told that it would have to be refunded back to the debit card I used for the original transactions. Well to-date no refund has been credited to my bank account. The branch keeps advising me that it will be credited the next day without success

The refund references are:
1. 2627-7-47739-1
2. 2627-7-47740-1
3. 2627-7-47741-1

Why when I purchased the items on the card the debit went through immediately but with a refund it has taken 11 days & still no credit in my account?
