I settled my Foschini account on 22 April 2013 and after informing NUMEROUS Foschini staffmembers and e-mailing proof of payment (a few times over) I STILL have credit controllers phoning me INSTRUCTING me to pay the account as "payment is due" and threatening to hand me over to the legal department. Honestly after the service received I think it pays to NOT pay your bills - It doesn't seem as if Foschini even knows whether accounts are being paid or not - my meager funds must just be lying there unaccrued so why even bother paying if i'm going to have the hassle and suffer the embarrassment of them phoning constantly. Really really disgusted by the service delivery - shocking.
