Bad service with poor quality

In Dec 2012 I purchased a Country Road knit from the Eastgate branch. When I took the top out 4 days ago i saw that it was damaged with threads pulled & tucked back in. I took it to the Sandton City branch to refund/exchange. The manager at the counter was unhelpful, insisted i go back to the Eastgate branch (even though it all falls under the same franchise) & Insinuated that I had used the top. I did not appreciate her tone nor am I satisfied with paying for a top that I cannot use. Service in Sandton was extremely disappointing. On the same slip that i provided as my proof of purchase was also a number of other items purchased which totaled up to over R1000. And this manager refused to even swop the stock (which was in-store) or assist in any way. Pathetic service.
