Stinking attitude from an AM

I bought a pair of jean not a month ago. Today i wear a jean with confidence to work the next thing the zip is broken. i called the store and spoke AM whom told me that she can't help me since i don't have a receipt or POP. i told her it is a perfect fit and I'm happy with it just not happy with zip that broke and since on the day my car was broken i am using the public transport its quite an inconvenience. she insisted on a receipt without even apologizing on behalf of her company. Then hung up on me while talking. i called again to ask why she hang up on me she told me that the phone has problems, still don't apologize. i ask for head office numbers, she says she don't have them. For an AM I'm shocked. i asked her how does she liaise with her support centre she then told me she will ask staff. She asked for my contact number i refused and told her that i will wait tills he comes back. She's bad example to be a leader. She deserves demotion. You don't get sarcastic with client nogal with attitude, she messed with wrong person. if this is not resolved to my satisfaction i will escalate it to the CEO's office or board of directors. This may sound like a joke but believe you me
