Bad attitude from a manager, Violent Behavio

10 May Friday 7.50 pm walk into pick n pay with my child, 5 year old. Trip over the mat at the entrance falls down and hurts his hands and knees. The security at the door witnessed this. I asked for a manager i was
referred to Jean, who seemed irritated by my complaint, from his body language. he told the child sorry, i waited expecting to instruct some one to remove the mat. That was lifting up and someone else was bound to fall again. I asked him is that all. He raised his tone and ask me what must he do. I then told him i don't like his attitude could he give me his managers number and refused and told me he does not like my attitude because I'm complaining and refused to give me his superiors number. I mentioned I'm going to log this complaint on hello peter and also with the CEO office. He told me with confidence to go ahead and do it..I was then upset by his threats. I went to the back to get my bread he was still screaming at the top of his voice, I told him as a manager he does not have compassion and customer service. This is a leader that represents Pick and pay and its behaviour and culture as an organisation. well done Pick n PAY.
